Property Values is an independent company that specialises in the production of fully compliant and informative Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to both the commercial and domestic markets.

We also provide a comprehensive package to property professionals incorporating Homebuyers Reports and Building Surveys all conducted by RICS registered chartered surveyors.

Although based in the South of England, we are a national HIP provider, able to deliver to our clients, virtually unrivalled local experience and knowledge. With a national platform of experienced assessors, we can ensure that each client receives a first class assessment carried out by a surveyor experienced in surveying properties in your area.

Our service offer is difficult to equal. We pride ourselves on having an appointment for an energy assessment made the same day as receiving an instruction and all searches complete within 10 days. Our average HIPs pack is complete within 2 weeks.

We offer better value for money than our competition, simply by keeping our prices low and our costs down. Where possible, we use our own in-house qualified Domestic Energy Assessors to survey the properties and produce the EPC for each pack. Due to the high volumes we process, we are able to agree very competitive rates with our panelled members and pass these savings on to you, our client.
